Cooking healthy meals can feel like a luxury when you’re juggling life solo. The time to plan, shop, and cook isn’t always there. Add the rising cost of groceries, and it’s tempting to grab the fastest option, even if it’s not the healthiest.
But what if we told you that healthy meals can be quick, affordable, and kid-approved? Let’s break it down with simple recipes and smart grocery tips.
Quick and Easy Recipes
These are my go-to when I need I’ve been at my computer too long and need to get something on the stove FAST! My kids love these (well… not my son cuz he doesn’t like anything except chicken nuggets and smoothies…LOL).

Prep in Advance: Wash and chop veggies as soon as you get home from the store. If you stay ready, you don’t have to get ready! And you can even get your kids in on the work! Amazon has kid safe, ceramic knives that you can purchase so your little ones can help you chop! (Just not onions though).
